Warranty:

We gladly offer a warranty of our vinyl and PPF for any fault due to manufacturing or installation.

The installation warranty period is 6 months from the date of installation. Any artificial and intentional vandalism of the film is not covered. Discoloration and damage due to poor care and maintenance are not covered.

Due to the manufacturing of the film of special colours and effects, individual product limited warranty may apply.

Please note that a limited warranty is applied to the below films with special effects.

• Shimmer film
• Chrome film
• Pearl film
• Metallic film

The owner of the car will be fully liable once the car has been removed from our warehouse. Northshore Detail and Wrap Group is not responsible if any issue occurs due to poor maintenance, natural fading/discoloration, user error, and/or vandalism.

We will examine the cause of the defect, and the below cause will be considered:

Manufacturing defects. Including adhesive, visual and other issues may be related.

Natural discoloration due to overexpose under naked weather.

Artificial and intentional vandalism.

Poor maintenance of overall hygiene.

Condition of the original paint before application.

Poorly performed aftercare.

Northshore detail and wrap remain all rights to reject any claim if a defect is not related to a manufacturing defect or installation error.

After Care:

Please DO NOT wash your car or leave it in the rain in the First 5 days after the day of installation. Excessive exposure to moisture will cause the adhesion to come lose.

Bubble and/or minor haze may occur after the first few days of installation. This is a natural process of the curing process of the adhesion. Please allow the film to be cured under sunlight, and bubbles and hazes will desolve in 1 to 3 weeks of normal drive.

Please use 2 bucket method if possible when washing your car. Please do not wash your car before the adhesive is fully cured.

Please DO NOT use any harsh chemicals on the film, use PH-neutral car care/cleaning products on a vinyl/PPF wrapped surface.

Please check with us for the best polishing products if you would like to wax or polish your car. Any products that are validated by our technician may cause damage to your film.

Please DO NOT use any abrasive or resin-based products. It will cause irreversible damage to the film surface.
